Standard transactions for Mezu App users are totally free! You can Give, Get, Drop, Send (Pay/Request) and Withdraw money at no cost to you. Even Mezu's Instant Withdraw feature, which allows you access your money within 30 minutes to your supported debit card, does not have a fee associated with it.

Dormant or Inactive

A monthly fee assessed on abandoned accounts that are deemed dormant or inactive for 12 months. It is applied on the 13th month from the date the account was first considered to be dormant or inactive, and every month thereafter if the account remains dormant or inactive. It may be reduced if the existing balance of an inactive or dormant account is less than the fee amount. Is only applied if the dormant or inactive account has a balance. Accounts will not incur a negative balance due to this fee.
A transactional fee assessed on your account for any purchases made with your Mezu Debit Card at a merchant located outside of the United States. The international transaction fee is 3% of your total purchase amount.
Your funds are eligible for FDIC insurance. Your funds will be held at or transferred to Community Federal Savings Bank, an FDIC-insured institution. Once there, your funds are insured up to $250,000 by the FDIC in the event Community Federal Savings Bank fails, if specific deposit insurance requirements are met and your account is properly registered.
