The MezuCard only uses the available balance in your Mezu account. If there aren't enough funds to cover the transaction, the transaction will be declined. To ensure that you have enough funds to cover transactions, turn on the auto-load feature. This will replenish your account balance with the amount you specify.
If you are receiving messages stating that your MezuCard transactions are declining, here are some tips:
- You might be attempting to use your MezuCard with another payment app or merchant location that doesn't support our services.
- You might be attempting to use your MezuCard with a merchant that goes against our Terms & Conditions.
