Your bank account must be validated in order to be set as your default payment method. In order for us to validate your bank account, we must be able to verify that the account belongs to you.
There are two situations where we can't validate that an account belongs to you:
- You have added the Routing Number and Account Number manually through the app.
- Your financial institution does not support an automated validation of your bank account.
Even in these situations, you can still use your bank account to withdraw funds.
