After you initiate a Withdraw from your Mezu Balance, the transfer may take up to seven (7) business days to be deposited in your linked bank account.
We strive to make your withdraw arrive at your bank as soon as possible. This typically takes from zero (0) to three (3) business days under normal circumstances.
If the withdrawn funds are not posted to your external bank account within seven (7) business days, an error may have occurred. In such an event, please contact the Mezu Customer Care team in the app (go to: Main Menu > Support > Contact (tab) > Send us a message).
At Mezu, we continually review all account and transaction activity in order to protect you from fraud, and to comply with certain regulatory obligations that apply to our app and its products and services. This may lead to situations where certain accounts or transactions are delayed, blocked, cancelled, reversed, suspended or terminated. If these type of actions impact your account, Mezu or its bank partner may not be allowed to release funds while an investigation is in process. In some cases, funds may need to be seized in order to comply with a court order, warrant or other legal process.
