In the event you get a new device, but retain the same phone number, you just need to install the app on your new phone, enter your phone number, and security PIN. The app will identify you as a returning user and your details, balance, and all your transaction history will be available.
If you lose your phone, don't worry! Your Mezu Account cannot be accessed without your PIN so your information remains protected.
This will only work if you keep the same phone number. If your phone number has changed, please contact our Customer Care Team.
