When you attempt to withdraw funds from your Mezu Account, you may see that your Available Balance To Withdraw is less than your Mezu Balance. There are several reasons this may occur:
Your security authorization level may not be set high enough to allow for Withdraws. If you signed up for Mezu prior to August 21, 2018 and did not add the last four digits of your Social Security number and your full residential address, you are not allowed to withdraw or transfer funds to your bank account. In order to increase your security authorization to a level that allows you to withdraw, as well as allows you to transact at progressively higher volumes, you must provide additional information, which is outlined here;
- If we detect fraud or suspicious activity on any transactions during which you received funds, a hold may be placed on those transactions, and they will not be available for withdraw.
