If you have forgotten your PIN, you may easily recover it by following these steps:
- Open the Mezu App and tap on "Forgot your PIN?"
- Mezu will send a PIN recovery message to the email address you provided during the setup of your account;
- Click the link in the email to reset your PIN in the app;
- Click "Open app" and insert a new PIN.
After the email is sent, you have 90 minutes to reset your PIN. If you are not able to complete the PIN recovery and reset within the next 90 minutes, you can initiate the PIN recovery process again, and a new email will be sent to you.
